This Privacy Policy describes how the Fuezone app ("we," "the app") handles information when you use it.
Fuezone is designed to work without requiring an account, sign-up, or personal information. Any timers, presets, or settings you create are stored locally on your device and are not sent to any server we operate.
Fuezone displays ads provided by Google AdMob to keep the app free. AdMob may automatically collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier / IDFA on iOS or the GAID on Android) to serve ads, including personalized ads, and to measure ad performance.
This processing is carried out by Google as an independent operator, under Google's own privacy policy. You can learn more and manage your ad personalization choices at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
On iOS, the display of personalized ads respects the choice you make through the system's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with applicable privacy laws, you may have rights regarding the personal information processed through advertising on this app, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (as those terms are defined under applicable law, which can include the use of advertising identifiers for personalized ads).
Because Fuezone does not collect personal information directly and relies on Google AdMob for advertising, the most effective way to exercise these choices is through your device's privacy settings (Limit Ad Tracking / disable personalized ads in your iOS or Android settings) and through Google's own controls at myadcenter.google.com or policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration.

None of these permissions are used to collect or transmit personal data.
Your custom timer presets are stored only on your device. If you uninstall the app, this data is deleted. We do not have access to this data and never receive it on any server.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties, except for the processing described in Section 2 (Google AdMob), which is necessary to display ads.
Fuezone is not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Fuezone is not designed to use Google's child-directed treatment, and the app is intended for a general audience.
Fuezone is available to users in Brazil, the United States, and other countries. Because the app stores data locally on your device rather than on our servers, no international transfer of personal data by us occurs through normal use of the app. Data processed by Google AdMob may be transferred and processed according to Google's own policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update.
